By Air

Edinburgh Airport is only 8 miles (12 km) west of Edinburgh. A taxi would cost approximately £25 to Chester Street. Alternatively you can catch the Airport bus (100), which currently costs £6.50 return and will drop you off 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

There are a number of car hire companies located at the airport.

By Car

Access from the south is via the A1 or the M6/M74/A702.
From the North, follow the M9 from Stirling or the M90 from Perth.
From the East, the M8 links Glasgow and Edinburgh
There is only metered parking near the apartment, it would be advisable to park out of the city centre and use public transport whilst staying in Edinburgh.

By Bus

There are regular coach / bus services to Edinburgh city centre from all major UK cities. Further information on buses.

By Train

Edinburgh has two train stations. Waverley is the main station, and a short taxi ride will take you to the apartment. If arriving at Haymarket station then it is only a 10 minute walk to Chester Street. After coming out of the station, cross over the road turning right. Follow this road heading into the city centre (West Maitland Street). Take the third left into Manor Place, then third right onto Chester Street. Further information on trains.
